THIS IS A TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYPosition Summary: We are seeking a highly organized Application Support and Quality Analyst to coordinate and manage work order submissions and deployment activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will have experience using software applications to collect and submit information, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of disaster support tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.This individual will be involved in deployment and support activities for enterprise applications and disaster support activities. This may include technical support as well as on-site project work and product support for disaster related support. The primary focus will be on data entry and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across our systems. This role involves rigorous checking of submissions and the implementation of quality control measures.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Enter new work orders and monitor progress, validating the quality of work submitted through the application.
- Support end users of the application as needed, including introducing the application to new and existing users as new features and functionality are released.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure submissions meet client needs and assist in modifications as needed.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tasks and expectations are met.
- Assist in the development of deployment strategies and processes to optimize efficiency.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or related work experience
- 0-2 years of experience in deployment coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proven experience in identifying and resolving scheduling and coordination issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
