Role and Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytic tools to assess quality data and produce insightful reports.
  • Database Management: Develop and maintain databases and reporting systems to ensure accurate data tracking.
  • CARF Readiness: Analyze, coordinate, and participate in activities related to CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) readiness, including reporting findings.
  • Medicaid Compliance: Ensure adherence to Medicaid services, including CMH and ORR site reviews, claims audits, and other related audits.
  • Incident Communication: Report critical incidents to relevant stakeholders promptly.
  • Licensing Compliance: Maintain compliance with Adult Foster Care Licensing requirements.
  • HR Coordination: Collaborate with human resources on all regulatory compliance issues.
  • LARA Compliance: Ensure compliance with LARA Medicaid, HAB Waiver, and iSPA regulations.
  • Satisfaction Surveys: Prepare and coordinate surveys to assess satisfaction among residents and external stakeholders.
  • Recipient Rights Compliance: Address and respond to all complaints related to recipient rights.
  • QI Activities: Analyze, coordinate, facilitate, and implement Quality Improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Biostatistics, Health Information Management or a related field.
  • Data Analysis experience - Preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel – Preferred
