@Orchard LLC is supporting a growing Federal contractor with strength in Financial and Budgetary Management, Data Analytics, Data Management, IT Infrastructure, Change Management, and other related solutions, supporting the Department of Defense.  Our client has an urgent need for a junior to mid-level Data Quality Analyst with active Secret clearance for a project supporting the US Army.

The Data Quality Analyst provides support to the Army Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Multi-Functional Capabilities Team (MFCT), a coalition of functional representatives driving requirements for enterprise resource planning readiness and modernization by 2032. Specifically, this position will support the Data Management Workstream in driving data quality activities and coordinating across MFCT teams and with the PMO/System Integrator.

As the Data Quality Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
  • Support the correcting of data issues, standardization, and deduplication.
  • Support data profiling, using tools to analyze data quality, completeness, and structure for all data (master & transactional).
  • Support the accuracy of the DQ column in the Data Object inventory template.
  • Develop and enforce data quality standards, rules, and best practices to improve the accuracy and consistency of critical data assets.
  • Support MDG team members to maintain and improve the quality of master data across key domains (e.g., Material, customer, vendor).
  • Support the monitoring of data integration processes to ensure master data accuracy across EBS-C.
  • Support the identification of opportunities to automate data quality monitoring and validation processes.
  • Support initiatives to streamline data quality workflows and integrate governance principles into everyday practices.
  • Support compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, and hold an active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.  
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and influencing senior management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting large-scale government ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, and/or Peoplesoft or similar integrated technology solutions).
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense Clients (Army preferred).
  • Experience facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working remotely within a large project.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and/or development projects.
  • Experience with Federal financials and logistics data sets.
